It was a pleasure to be a selected finalist in the NZ Painting and Printmaking Awards 2014 – what a fantastic exhibition!  Congratulations to the winner Stephen Ellis for his ballpoint pen and correction fluid on paper.  I was happy that my abstract painting intrigued the judge and was mentioned in her speech at the exhibition opening.  What was even more exciting was that Sir James Wallace bought my piece – I feel very honoured my piece grabbed his attention.

Attached is the Media Release and also a photo of my selected Artwork.
